Hi,
is there a possibility in magento extension settings:
- turn off the idml file for download, or generally set to any product download options (more then yes/no now)?
- let user to select the print profile for pdf or set the print profile for a product?
if not out of the box - can we use api and fix it in magento ourselves?
Thank you!

The latest version of the PrintUI extension lets you specify which PDF preset to use when generating PDF files via the PrintUI tab in the Magento back end. (It also lets you control more than 20 additional run-time options.)

Depending on which version of the extension you currently have, updating to the latest version could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. If you have one of the first versions of the PrintUI extension, there are some difference in the MySQL database. And if you have a theme that required code changes in order to integrate the first version of the PrintUI extension, you may need to repeat the code changes for the new version. This is especially true for themes that use AJAX, for which there are no Magento coding standards.

As you have probably found, the PrintUI extension for Magento does not support all of the features found in the API documentation. You may make any changes you like using your own programmers, or you could hire PrintUI's programmers to make the changes at very reasonable rates.

So if your current version of the PrintUI extension is otherwise working fine for you, you may just want to change the PHP code yourself to hard-code a specific PDF preset for the requestpdf API call.
