If an EasyPrintUI user is having problems signing in, it may be due to the fact that they are using their PrintUI credentials instead of their EasyPrintUI credentials. This can be very confusing, though. The way to think about this is that there are two separate user databases--one for PrintUI and one specific to your EasyPrintUI account. We do this to give us here at PrintUI control over who can upload and manage templates, but we also want to give the EasyPrintUI administrator full control over which users can access the EasyPrintUI account. It's really two separate things.
So if a user is having trouble signing into EasyPrintUI, the first thing to do is for an EasyPrintUI administrator to check the Users page to see if the end user's email address is in the list and that they are enabled. If they aren't in the list, the end user can click on the Request a new account link on the EasyPrintUI Sign In page. Note that their request will either need to be approved manually by the administrator or it can be auto-approved, depending on the settings for the EasyPrintUI account.
If their email address appears in the list but they still can't log in, they can click on the I forgot my password link on the EasyPrintUI Sign In page to reset their password.
Keep in mind, though, that just because they have an EasyPrintUI account doesn't mean that they can log into PrintUI to upload or manage templates. That's a whole separate user database. To add a user on PrintUI, they can go to https://admin.w2p-tools.com and request a new account (or reset their password).
To perhaps confuse things even further, though, EasyPrintUI will accept PrintUI credentials for EasyPrintUI administrators. For example, if email@example.com is a PrintUI user and can upload and manage templates, and firstname.lastname@example.org is also in the EasyPrintUI user database as an administrator, he could use either his PrintUI or his EasyPrintUI credentials to log into EasyPrintUI. However, if email@example.com is not listed as an EasyPrintUI administrator, this won't work. We do this to prevent administrators from getting accidentally locked out if they change their password in one place and not the other.
